Niebaum-Coppola Café Ricciolini alla Salsiccia
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Mammarella Ricciolini pasta
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 red or green bell peppers; sliced
- 2 oz Italian sausage
- 3/4 cup Mammarella Arrabbiata pasta sauce
- salt & pepper; to taste
Preparation:
- cook pasta until 'al dente'
- in the meantime, sauté bell peppers and sausage with extra virgin olive oil
- add pasta sauce, salt, and pepper
- simmer for about 3 minutes
- toss the Ricciolini with the sauce
- serve in pasta bowl
