Niebaum-Coppola Café Ricciolini alla Salsiccia

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. cook pasta until 'al dente'
  2. in the meantime, sauté bell peppers and sausage with extra virgin olive oil
  3. add pasta sauce, salt, and pepper
  4. simmer for about 3 minutes
  5. toss the Ricciolini with the sauce
  6. serve in pasta bowl
